Real estate has been part of Ashlyn Moore's life since she was just 10 years old, when she began flipping homes alongside her parents in Texas. That early experience sparked a lifelong passion for real estate and shaped the way she serves every client with integrity, creativity, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Licensed since 2016, Ashlyn has helped more than 85 families achieve their real estate goals through 48 residential home sales, 37 residential leases, and more than $60 million in career sales volume. Throughout her career, she consistently ranked among the Top 100 agents at CENTURY 21 Affiliated and earned the prestigious CENTURION® Award in recognition of her outstanding production.

After spending more than a decade building a successful business in Orange County, California, Ashlyn proudly returned to her Texas roots, where she now serves clients throughout North Texas with Ebby Halliday REALTORS® while continuing to assist buyers and sellers across Southern California. As a licensed REALTOR® in both California and Texas, she offers firsthand insight into relocation and a deep understanding of the unique opportunities each market provides.

Originally from Texas, Ashlyn has also called Georgia, New Jersey, Florida, and California home, giving her a unique appreciation for both the excitement and the challenges of relocating. She attended Rutgers University before earning her Bachelor's degree in Communication and Advertising from Florida State University. Her marketing background has become one of her greatest strengths in real estate, allowing her to position every property with compelling exposure while continually investing in advanced education, technology, and negotiation training to stay ahead in an ever-evolving industry.

Outside of real estate, Ashlyn is married to her best friend (and yes, they had a Star Wars wedding). Together, they are raising their incredible son, Lucian, who is their greatest joy and means the world to them. When she isn't helping clients achieve their real estate goals, you'll likely find her creating art, cooking, dancing, bowling, or spending time with family and friends.
